My Standards are black and white issues to me. These standards benchmark of my level of quality customer service that have kept my entertainment service successful for over 20 years in this industry.

I will always:

Put you first,
Treat you with respect,
Tell you the truth,
Give you my best,
Do what I say I'm going to do
Return your calls right away,
Answer all of Your questions,
Be willing to go the extra mile,
Give you a fair price,
Show up early,
Play your requests,
Help you make incredible memories of your special day,
Smile and have fun!!!

The standards below are the issues that I have seen taken for granted, looked over and abused in our industry. I am determined that I will never join these unethical standards.

I will Not:

Complain,
Make excuses,
Lie to you
Drink Alcohol or smoke,
Perform in the presence of illegal drugs,
Stick you with hidden costs,
Play music that has foul language,
Is overtly sexual,
Is demeaning to anyone,
And promotes violence
Or substance abuse,
Overbook receptions and
Have a bad attitude!!!


I write these so I have a clear guideline to work from and to provide my clients with the peace of mind they deserve when they entrust their events to my care.
